The VIT-A2 LS DSL Tester is designed for use in detecting errors on DSL connections. The device works with ADSL, ADSL2 and ADSL2+. Using the integrated load simulation function, technicians can determine whether the DSLAM port will perform satisfactorily in different load scenarios.   Using the FastEthernet interface, you can read out connection parameters such as the line attenuation, noise margin, data rates in the upstream and downstream directions, number of synchronization attempts and bit allocation (graphical presentation format). Software is included for use in creating and managing test reports with all relevant measurement data. VIT-A2 LS can be refitted with a Bluetooth module enabling operation in combination with a PDA.
