traditional domains of know-how:
1 - Portable instruments
for Test & Measurement of electrical and environmental
parameters (CHAUVIN ARNOUX, METRIX & MULTIMETRIX
2 - Power Measurement & Control
instruments (ENERDIS & RADIO-CONTROLE brandnames) for
control, metering and monitoring of electrical networks,
3 -
Thermosensors and Temperature Measurement & Control
instruments PYRO-CONTROLE instruments for measurement,
control and supervision.

International presence
Chauvin
Arnoux has been building its own world-wide sales network for
more than 30 years. Eight subsidiaries in Europe, China, and the
United States, as well as 150 independent agents and 3,000 sales
outlets support its international development. In France, Chauvin
Arnoux strengthens its local presence through professional
distribution.
Robust design
As far as product development
is concerned, a considerable effort allows the company to maintain
its position among the best and to propose numerous innovations each
year. Respect for standards, metrological rigor, ergonomics,
monitoring technological developments and marketing are key words for
our experts within the different divisions. The constraints with
which developments are carried out are a guarantee of the quality of
the products, made to last and safely.
In-house manufacture
Designed in laboratories in France,
Austria or in the USA, the products are then manufactured in the
Industry division's factories. Plastic and metal mechanical parts are
produced in Vire (France), while printed circuit boards are cut in
Villedieu (France). Product assembly and testing is then carried out
in factories in Europe and the United States.
Also in Vire are
manufactured the SMBO shunts.
