Two options:

You obtain a returm autorisation form by contacting us with contact us , prior to any shipment.

You directly send back your good to manufacturer. In that case, you ensure the follow-up.

TESTOON Warranty Extension :

The TESTOON’s service and warranty extension is available at a fee on certain products.

This allows you up to 2 years extension above the supplier warranty.
